United will field a 10u team consisting of 12-15 players. 10u teams play 7v7 lacrosse, with 6 field players and 1 goalie. Games consist of 2 22min halves.

United will field 1 12U team with 18-20 rostered players. 12U is the first year players will play full field 10v10 lacrosse. Each team will have 3 defensemen with defensive sticks, 3 middies, 3 attack, and 1 goalie. Players should be conditioned to run on a big field, learn offensive, and defensive concepts.

United will field 1 14U team with 18-20 rostered players. 14U plays 10v10, with 3 defensemen, 3 middies, 3 attack, and 1 goalie. Our goal for 14U is to prepare each player for high school.
